The Music of James Bond 007Sunday 12 July, 7.45pm Carl Davis presents the music of James Bond 007 The Eisteddfod will be shaken and stirred! Tonight's concert kindly sponsored by:
Featuring the Orchestra of Welsh National Opera, vocalists Mary Carewe and Simon Bowman, and hosted by Honor Blackman. A glittering evening of fabulous orchestral sounds and favourite melodies under the baton of Carl Davis. Honor Blackman a.k.a. Pussy Galore hosts the evening, introducing two of the most talented singers from the West End stage and television. Including Goldfinger, You Only Live Twice and the iconic Bond Theme. The James Bond Theme by Monty Norman
The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Carl Davis. This CD of James Bond Themes will be on sale at the Publicity Marquee and at the Music Sales tent during the Eisteddfod.
Plus a firework display finale Bonus early evening concert: The Naked Violin World-famous and award-winning solo violinist, Tasmin Little, in concert on the Eisteddfod Field at 6.15pm.
