2010 Programme almost complete!

We are putting the finishing touches to the 2010 festival programme at present and look forward to an exciting set of concerts and competitions.  If you a Season Ticket holder awaiting your letter and your exclusive booking period, don't fret - we are almost there!

In the meantime I can tell you that we have selected competitors from around 40 different countries already, with two former Choirs of the World, and other choirs who have been in that competition before.  We also have a greatly enhanced Junior Children's Choirs competition on the Thursday with double the number of accepted choirs this time!  We have also secured funding from the Arts Council of Wales to follow up the project 'All the World, one Smile' from last year - you will doubtless recall the performance on the Friday afternoon - with 'All the World, More Smiles' - which is also very exciting for us as we increase our outreach in varied communities.  There will be other 'news' as time moves on.

We look forward to being able to send out the full programme for the concerts shortly to Season Ticket holders and then Friends, and then to the general public very early in the New Year - and to seeing you again in the summer.

This also gives me the opportunity of wishing you a very happy Christmas when it comes!
